Wonder if they'd be so passionate about a debate on The Lord Of The Rings. The Bible is the Beowulf of its time, nothing more, but these people have built up entire civilizations based on this book, using it to justify their actions. Reminds me of the Iotians on "A Piece Of The Action" original Star Trek episode...and yes, I am a nerd. :)

17. Great viewing! I gotta salute Huck for having Dershowitz on his show.

I love a good historical debate & and a good theological debate. The evolution of the Judeo-Christian tradition is really a fascinating story and I think it's great that Huckabee was willing to put an opposing view on his show. God keep him out of the White House, but he really does have a thin honest streak in him that seems to be entirely missing from his Fox & GOP cohorts.
