Obama's actions are indeed puzzling, even to the most ardent supporter. And he even supports new 'free trade' deals. In the face of the wholesale loss of manufacturing Obama is cheerleading for more trade deals? Yet we are to believe he is just playing three dimensional chess.

Taking into account his performance in the US Senate.... he is a corporate elitist, he is not liberal, he will not fight in the open because then everyone would see that he is Ronnie Raygun on steroids. He probably is a fan of Milton Freedman's disaster capitalism.
