better not jump too high and sprain your ankle--that'll be a pre-existing condition on which to cancel whatever insurance you do have or keep you from getting it if you don't.

2. What did the Democrats expect
when they cobbled their Byzantine health care bill together in the name of bi-partisanship? Could they have honestly believed they would ever get away with compelling Americans to buy health insurance from for profit vendors anymore than they should have believed the Republicans wouldn't double-cross them?

6. it's actually 3-1
This video says there have been 2 rulings in favor of Section 1501 of the Affordable Care Act and 1 ruling against it, but there have actually been 3 cases that have ruled Section 1501 is constitutional, yet the media has not reported these to the same extent.
