Years of offshoring and outsourcing has devastated the manufacturing industry, leaving the Schneider Electric Manufacturing Plant in Lincoln, Neb., the last factory to make circuit breakers here in the United States.

But through a renewed commitment to excellence on the job and keeping up with the latest technological innovations to increase productivity, members of Lincoln IBEW Local 2366 have preserved their jobs and proved that manufacturing can make it in the U.S.A.

:kick: and rec'd by an AFT (American Federation of Teachers) member. Our IBEW brothers and sisters stood with us to vote a friendly Board of Education member to the school board. We used the union halls for phone banking and fundraising BBQ's. They took their family spouses and friends to the polls. We proudly buy union in the non union state of Texas.
