I believe the video calls attention to a solitary figure actually, hence the use of the word 'Pope'. You know the guy -- the head of the Vatican, a sovereign country enclaved within the city of Rome which is a recognized national territory under international law.

I don't believe when someone posted video of Putin singing 'I Found My Thrill on Blueberry Hill' they were somehow doing it to be 'anti-Russian', but perhaps I am completely wrong.

These are political figures, some of whom have been in the news lately -- the Pope, for instance, regarding molestation issues. Fair game.

But thanks for your perceived generalizations. It was not intended to be anti-Catholic.

There are plenty of people here who have nice things to say about Putin. And RT too. I believe this was intended to paint the pope in a negative light and/or imply that Catholic Priests are closeted homosexuals. That being said, it is a little weird.
