have demanded this bill be paid for, the dems added that it would be paid for by a special tax on U.S. corporations that have moved the HQs offshore to avoid U.S. Corporation profit taxes, thus eliminating the corporate offshore loophole in the tax code.
This is all about protecting offshore tax loophole and Repukes' corporate masters. They could give a shit less about ground zero heros. ASSHOLES!
