1. The stimulus probably mostly went to create those jobs overseas.
What the hell did Obama mean when he went to India and told us here at home that giving them jobs created jobs at home? What jobs? Those bailouts should have strings attached. Of course that was booosh's gift to his rich friends so we couldn't expect him to ask them to follow any rules and regulations. :sarcasm:
