Government doesn't disappear when the "workers control the means of production" - the workers become "the government". And without some kind of bureaucracy to keep things in order the system is corrupted in very short order.

BTW, if that's you in the video I apologize for my earlier ad hominem. I don't know whether you have a trust fund set up for you, but I'm assuming it wasn't an anarchist who provided a nice house and a computer for you. :)

2. Taxes are the price we pay to live in a free society. They are also how the government

and the world works. How, exactly, do you think police, fire, the court system, roads, water systems, education, and every other government benefit you enjoy will work without a functioning government paid for by taxes?

If you don't want to pay taxes, go to a country that doesn't have them. Like Somalia. And see how long you last.
