The AP photos of the police in front of Jared's house are the same house as the Google streetview photos of his listed address (which I will not post), so it's the same guy. Without doubt.

The logic statements in his video and references to Pima Community College caught my attention. Check out this assignment from a PCC Writing 101 class from Spring 2005:
