The US, already so bankrupt financially and morally (Gitmo, torture, extraordinary rendition, violating US citizens' privacy), evidently has no qualms about its war on truth and transparency. Any state that will stop at nothing to conceal its misdeeds, its mania for world domination, is a threat to the international community. A failed empire is a failed state; hence all the more dangerous for the rest of us.

2. Sounds to me like the shooter was more of an anarchist than anything.

He is said to have expressed his opinion of worthless money (not backed by gold) and saying that "I will not trust in God." Obviously many issues for the man.

12. About the "Trust in God" part

Sounded to me he was suggesting the Gov. was not to be trusted earlier in the video and so by our money saying "In God We Trust" he did not believe they meant these words. It was more of an indictment of the Gov. Hard to say though.

And a telescopic rifle sight as sew see with the tea-bagger's map. The 'targets' on the map your sited could just have easily been for darts. In other words the Democtatic map is not necessarily violent. Additionally there are no media personalities or politicians calling for armed violence on the progressive/democratic side.

I think this is fact a false equivalent...this is not a gun site style reticle, in fact this is pretty innocent when compared to conservative imagery.

There are over 300,000,000 people in the US. It is totally unfair to blame a large chunk of them for one violent kook.

Most of us strongly disagree with almost everybody on at least something, and we may have good reason to not respect some of their opinions. But it is still not fair to dehumanize millions (or whatever number) on whatever disagreements you may have, even if some kook behaves badly.
