From the YouTube poster: "This interview was conducted of one of the protesters gathered at the Office of Congressman Gabrielle Giffords on Friday, August 21st."

2. There is nothing thuggish here
This guy did not say anything threatening. He is taking part in a protest and exercising his First Amendment rights. We should say hurray, even if we disagree.

This is the kind of discourse we should all be encouraging -- peaceful protest and free speech -- rather than bullets.

Regardless of your point of view, take to the streets, exercise your freedoms, shout your grievances, organize your neighbors, run for office, lobby your representative, vote, boycott, march, participate!

3. He's protesting that Giffords is a socialist who's defying the Constitution.
I think a protest based on lies is thuggish. After all, how can she stop being what she never was in the first place?
