1. The problem with Scalia is that he talks out of both sides of his ass

He's argues narrow, original interpretation when it suits him, like in the case of the equal protection clause (arguing it only applies to blacks), and he argues broad expansive interpretation, like in the first amendment application to Citizen's United (arguing it applies to all persons including 'corporate' persons).

Scalia is a corrupt influence on the Supreme Court of the United States.

2. Scalia and all the Supremes who voted to select bush in 2000

should be removed . As well as those who lied to congress in order to be selected. Lying was so serious for a democrat , Martha Stewart spent some time in prison. No justice unless it is equal for dems and repubs.

Is the MOST destructive person America has ever allowed to serve as a guiding influence in our government. He should have been impeached years ago. By not doing so, it shows that our nation is not a nation of laws but a nation of haves-vs-have-nots. Our politicians are a part of the "haves" and are not interested in the majority or the constitution. He is as evil as Hitler, yet he "serves" in the highest court in the land....pitiful.
