I went and checked out the map at the 5:20 mark. That map does have 'targets' in different states as per the traditional idea of 'targeting' particular seats. The obvious spin here is there is no difference between a using a 'target' on a map and using a 'gun sight' on a map.

I have to admit, I did not watch the video, I just scanned through looking for the map that's been equated to Palin's "gun sighted" districts.
