Q: Can LED light bulbs be used in the refrigerator?
A: Yes, it is especially good to use them in the fridge because of their low light output. It makes late night snacking less noticeable by others.

3. LEDs are by far the most energy-efficient and environmentally safe

way to go.

Yes, LEDs are expensive. But if the government would use them (think how many bulbs could be bought for one month's budget for Bush's illegal and immoral war) the price would come down dramatically.

And in the long run, even now they are less expensive. But, granted, not many of us can afford to replace all our bulbs with them at current prices. This is why the government and power companies (since they would save on the expense of new power plants) should join together to make them available at an affordable price. Of course, with Bush in the White House, there is little hope for this to be done in the near future.
