1. Pretty obvious
The stacking of the courts has been pretty obvious for decades (since Reagan took office?). Whenever we have had a Republican president the Cons have screamed that the Democrats weren't approving judicial nominations fast enough. On the other hand, when we have had Democratic presidents the Republicans have dragged their feet and left many judicial seats unfilled. I have even seen comments from other federal judges stating that the lack of filling these seats is effecting the judiciaries ability to do their jobs. Don't be mistaken people the right wing in this country is looking at now and the future as a period of philosophical war where only one side will win. No democracy, no compromise just their way of doing things and thinking and other ideas or social philosophies be damned.

2. Yes. While every right wing pundit
in the nation cried about judicial activism by left leaning judges, right wing supreme court justices handed down what amounts to pure legislation in their Citizens United decision.

3. Aw, stop picking on Republicans on the Supreme Court!

Take Rehnquist for instance. He used to stand in front of voting stations and accost blacks and try to find ways to keep them from voting.

But......

Did you ever consider what the Republican Supreme Court justices were GOING through? It's not EASY being a fascist! Okay. So 100 million people voted in 2000 and Bush won 5 to 4. Think of what those right wing justices were GOING through, just minding their own business rigging elections, that's hard work!

Leave the Republicans on the Supreme Court alooooooooooooone!

And leave their fascist relatives out of it too!!!!!!!!!!!

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

LOVE what Pap tries to say but if he could only finish one sentence BEFORE starting the next.

Chill, Pap! It's okay...
