2. Reading and history courses taught me;
There were some methods to Mao's killing of millions of his own subjects. There are reports surfacing that the inner party at the time knew that China was not to emerge out of 3rd world status unless they were willing to sacrifice an entire generation or two. Countless millions died and China has emerged from their own dark ages as one of several entities that will outshine the US in decades to come. I think they, Brazil and sub Saharan Africa are candidates to control the 21st century and beyond although the latter may take a smidgen longer. These 3 areas have the resources and are sufficiently out of the sphere of the US's influence to keep their current course, politically and economically. India could be the fourth on the list but they have so many internal and external threats that I don't see this happening unless they solve their population problem without a major killing off of half of their population without losing either their country outright or sliding into 3rd of 4th world status.

3. I would have preferred
a shorter version of this. I'm so sick of the abortion debate. As a working class person the real crisis in this country has to do with jobs, not abortion. Lets talk about what corporate America and their lapdogs the Republic666ans are doing to the working class.
