1. This was a fantastic march.

A very enthusiastic crowd not misbehaving in any fashion. Lots of creative outfits and signs. I couldn't assess the size of the crowd until we reached the capitol. The man behind me guessed the size at 22 thousand. The Post said 10 thousand. Truthout said 100 thousand. One of the things not mentioned was the group of anti protesters who attended (about 100). When I came out of a museum at 11:00 or so, I heard someone through a bullhorn say "those people who support moveon.org and their add, should all go to a communist country and have their heads cut off". What a warm and fuzzy feeling I got from that. That will encourage dialog between us. Christian love - awesome isn't it?
