That video shows an M-113 (US Made Armored personnel carrier from the 1960's onward).

Other photos are showing M-60 tanks.

They also have, but we have not yet seen on the streets, more than 1,000 M-1 Abrams tanks.

It's a U.S. equipped military. The US taxpayer paid for most of it in the billions we've given in military aid every year since they signed a peace treaty with Israel.
