Ben Mankiewicz calls out O'Reilly for being a hypocrite, bringing up a July 22 interview with Megyn Kelly bringing up the possibility that Shirley Sherrod violated the Hatch Act while making that controversial speech before the NAACP. The Hatch Act bans federal employees from political activism while on duty. However, O'Reilly has yet to accuse Karl Rove or any Bush officials for doing the same.
