6. Warrior Nation

During Vietnam you did 1 year tour and you were out - period. And to this day there are veterans that are still suffering from their experiences there. In Iraq there are troops on their 4th tour.

In every other civilized country soldiers get a minimum of twice the recovery time at home as they spent in a war zone. Some get up to 4 times the amount. To do what we're asking our soldiers to do is inhuman and insane.

We're no more a Nation of peace than Attila the Hun was a pacifist. And this country will suffer the consequences of this more than any before us. As Bob Dylan sang, "a hard rain is gonna fall"
