Hillary is saying, "Give me enough money and I can persuade the world that what we are selling is a silk purse and not a sow's ear. Even if lots of people are pointing and saying, 'That's no silk purse; look, you can see the little piggy hairs sticking out all over it,' we just have to shout louder than them, 'Tis so a silk purse."
