1. Damn right!
Corporations need to be reigned in, limited, and controlled by 'the people' not given unlimited power, and over protection of the law,. something being 'profitable' is not automatically a good thing, as corop-banksters would like you to think, and often is quite destructive to society and the land that sustains us,. the people need to exert their power, and limit, and control the corporations and their backers, and profiteers,. .

2. Granted,,, founders should have said "natural person" -- or even BREATHING person ....
or "human person" -- whatever --

but it took criminality of elites and money to create this distortion!

As the founders also knew, there are "dishonest men among us" -- and those

dishonest men do find other dishonest men to do their dirty work for them!

DLC was financed by Koch Bros -- that's quite a combination of dishonest men

and elite/corporate wealth!

6. Some Hidden History
July 1, 1862 - Legislative branch redefined the word "person" as individual, firm, association, partnership, and corporation. This was passed as an Act to provide internal revenue to support the government and to pay interest on the public debt. This was passed during the civil war with only the northern states attending.

June 30, 1864 - Legislative branch redefined the world "State" - were ever the word state is used, it shall be construed to include the territories and the District of Columbia (D.C.) This was passed as an act to provide internal revenue, to support the government and for other purposes; section 182. This was passed during the civil war with only the northern states attending.

July 28, 1868 - 14th Amendment - Section 1 - All "persons" born or naturalized in the United States, and "subject to" the jurisdiction there of, are citizens of the United States and of the "state" were they reside. "Subject to" as defined by Black's Law Dictionary, 5th edition, means liable, subordinate, subservient, inferior, obedient to.

February 21, 1871 - The Organic Act of 1871 - Created the municipal corporation of District of Columbia with its own constitution, powers not consistent with the constitution of the United States of America. This corporation created its own executive, legislative and judicial branches. With this corporate United States government, the U.S. citizens (persons) no longer had access to the old constitution, bill of rights and common law.
