2. Has anyone ever heard a Republican give a speech on behalf of *citizens*?

In all my tears of watching C-Span, I never have, let alone, a passionate one such as Rep. Sanders' speech.

The part where Sanders listed all of the very expensive expenditures created by the Republicans or expenditures to fix problems created by Republicans is a good summary of how Republican leadership has financially ruined this country from the day Clinton left office. Clinton left office with a $230 billion surplus.

Rep. Sanders deserves a letter of appreciation from each one of us.
