1. FEMA concentration camps exist - they're called REX-84 - Reagan's baby.

While there were earlier efforts involving "negros" and other groups (don't forget WW-II and the Japanese Americans), the current incarnation was the child of felon Oliver North under orders by Ronald Reagan to round up illegal aliens, should it become necessary. One of Clinton's first acts was to eliminate funding for the program and one of the shrubs first was to reinstate it. Why Obama hasn't dismantled it entirely is beyond me.
