2. I knew this wasn't a new thing.
As a matter of fact we had a whole era of this kind of class warfare it was called the guilded age. Come to think of it, it feels like this is a new guilded age only instead of the governemnt being small and do nothing, it's large and actually helping these companies rape the middle class.

3. Good point:
>>>>only instead of the governemnt being small and do nothing, it's large and actually helping these companies rape the middle class.>>>>

Politically, the situation is MORE of a challenge now than it was then.

5. The Gilded Age
It's worth reading Mark Twain's book, "The Gilded Age." It's subtitle is "A Tale of Today" and it definitely reads like today.

7. If "the short summary had no legal standing whatsoever"
then how, in the last 100 years, and this has been brought up repeatedly, has that false "cliff note" version of this case not been corrected? Lawyers have argued huge cases based on that false case summary heading. I knew this fact previous to this post but I still do not understand how a false header note has had the weight of law.

11. Does any written record of the decision exist other than this court reporter's notes?
