Still waiting for the transcript, but the part that got me was when he talked about the evacuation of the 800 plant operators leaving a skeleton crew of 60.

He believes that this means that management have or are getting ready to abandon the sites and let events take their course.

in holding tanks lose water, catch fire and go on burning. The latter sounds like it may be happening right now.

Really? That may not be enough? I am not a nuclear physicist, but even I know that. This sure sounds like the similar pattern of a government that knows that alot of people are really fucked and are deciding not to let out the information until it is painfully obvious.
