Cenk Uygur speaks with Congressman Anthony Weiner (D-NY) about frustration by some Democrats in the House over President Barack Obama not fighting strongly enough for progressive values. They also discuss Republicans wanting to cut funding for NPR after a smear attempt by the right wing James O'Keefe group Project Veritas.

1. Crazy talk about Obama
Obama’s career is littered with the remains of people who wondered why Obama wasn’t fighting them, right up until they discovered that he wasn’t fighting because he was busy winning.

2. Rep Weiner made the mistake of accepting Repub talking points
Repub talking points are about lower taxes and smaller government. These are just smoke screens, selling points. What they really seek is privatization and more profiteering for the wealthy.

3. If a lawyer negotiated for a client in a mediation as poorly as Obama
negotiates for his clients -- the ordinary people of the United States -- the lawyer would be sued for malpractice and probably lose.

It is just shameful. Obama doesn't present a case for anything. He doesn't gather evidence and arguments to back up his case. He is into compromise mode before he sits down at the mediation table.

If I could, I would sue him for incompetence. There are worse things. It might make him wake up and ask what he is doing wrong.

The Republicans know full well that if they get Obama in a room with just a few conservative DLC Democrats at his side, Obama will cave in no time.

I have no confidence in Obama. He has given me no cause to support him in 2011.

Anthony Weiner would be a far better president than Obama. How about a democratic challenge by Weiner and Al Franken.

5. I agree. Obama during the campaign talked the talk...
And now he appears to be DINO. He is not by any means walking the walk. IMHO
