9. This is probably one of the most abhorrent things I've ever

seen in my entire life. Ann already has a bad back; friends of mine arrange for her to have professional therapists visit her just about everywhere she goes. This has me in tears, but furious at the same time even though I already knew that it had happened yesterday. Seeing it makes me feel literally sick.
