It said "Laura Ingraham takes down smarmy Chris Matthews" but the clip I watched didn't show anything like that. Actually tweety was at probably the least smarmy I've seen him in quite a while but ingraham was a bit overwrought.

Could ANYTHING a president might do more clearly demonstrate criminal negligence than to NOT KNOW WHY he has sent American troops to their deaths and squandered American treasure?
