1. I think it's a great idea.

I have no problem with non-exploitative pornography whatsoever.

I think having porn put exclusively in the .xxx is a great idea.

It would make parental blocking of such material much easier. You just call up your ISP and tell them to block the .XXX domain.

Anyone who rails against pornography would instantly have their argument derailed. The solution is simple: Don't want to see it, don't go to the .XXX domain. Everyone else is free to do so.

The real problem is that this proposal does not put porn exclusively in the .xxx domain. It is simply an option for them. As long as it is optional, it doesn't do much except increase business costs for pornographers as they have another domain to register.
