"'I was paid $8 or $9 million for Evan Almighty,' he said. 'I didn't want that money.' With people starving in the world, his excessive paycheck made no sense. Eventually, he says, he used it to open a homeless shelter in Charlottesville, Va. He began to sell his properties and worldly possessions and now lives in a trailer park in Malibu. He rides his bike to work."
