Probably old news to some, but this Walker Falker and his Pubic-cons need constant exposure.

10. Right
This is so clear cut. While I believe there is damn little we can do to educate the tea baggers, this type of thing will resonate with anyone with half a mind. We must make this known to all the people we possibly can.

15. "educate the tea baggers" ... to be able to learn something,
you must first be willing to listen to what you probably don't want to hear ...

and you must be open to learning it ...

and they ain't ...

2. That is illegal. Using psyops on the American people is against
the law. I hope there will be consequences for these illegal dirty tricks.

3. Deputy Attorney General of Indiana, and an Indiana prosecutor
provoking violence so recently after Congressman Giffords assignation attempt need to be quickly prosecuted.... If we can jail a mother who sends her child to a better school, we certainly can prosecute these two thugs.....

5. Recall also that Walker admitted to the fake Koch that they had considered something similar.
http://www.prwatch.org/news/2011/02/10103/full-transcript-walker-koch-call
Murphy: Right, right. We'll back you any way we can. But what we were thinking about the crowd was, uh, was planting some troublemakers.

Walker: You know, well, the only problem with that — because we thought about that. The problem with — my only gut reaction to that would be, right now the lawmakers I've talked to have just completely had it with them. The public is not really fond of this. The teacher's union did some polling and focus groups I think and found out that the public turned on them the minute they closed school down on them for a couple of days. The guys we've got left are largely from out of state and I keep dismissing it in all my press comments, saying ehh, they're mostly from out of state. My only fear would be if there's a ruckus caused is that would scare the public into thinking maybe the governor has to settle to avoid all these problems. You know, whereas I've said, hey, we can handle this, people can protest, this is Madison, you know, full of the '60s liberals. Let 'em protest. It's not going to affect us. And as long as we go back to our homes and the majority of people are telling us we're doing the right thing, let 'em protest all they want. So that's my gut reaction. I think it's actually good if they're constant, they're noisy, but they're quiet, nothing happens. Sooner or later the media stops finding them interesting.

16. Remember, the Repugs had put forth the idea "Come on, any 'reasonable' person
could tell he had figured out that it was a joke, and was just going along with the prank by that point!"

Of course, that's from the people who "just don't get" that Obama was making a joke on the campaign trail about having visited more than 50 states ... (they didn't want to admit he made a joke, they pushed it as his ignorance ...)

6. Lam's Email......

As an aside, I've been involved in GOP politics here in Indiana for 18 years, and I think that the situation in WI presents a good opportunity for what's called a "false flag" operation. If you could employ an associate who pretends to be sympathetic to the unions' cause to physically attack you (or even use a firearm against you), you could discredit the public unions. Currently the media is painting the union protest as a democratic uprising and failing to mention the role of the DNC and umbrella union organizations in the protest. Employing a false flag operation would assist in undercutting any support that the media may be creating in favor of the unions.

7. I'm wondering if he broke any laws simply by suggesting this.
It reads like a serious suggestion to me, and he made it across state lines. Could the feds do something?

12. It's quite an amazing statement
he seems to be implying that because he was involved in Indiana GOP politics, he is experienced with false-flag operations!!!

8. Well, well. I trust the state bar association will begin disbarment proceedings and soon. Lam is a
sworn officer of the court and gave an oath to uphold the law and to conduct himself in accordance with the code of ethics in the state(s) where he has been admitted to the bar. No excuses on this one. None at all.
