Robert Rubin doesn't pay attention to where he is when he's being driven around. Robert Rubin, also, doesn't like traffic. Robert Rubin does, however, take the time to call the Assistant Mayor of NYC when he gets stuck in a bit of traffic.

He's entitled. He's privileged. Why should he have to get stuck in traffic, even if it's normal for everyone else? This is how the uber rich think.

was going to do about the traffic for him, after the fact, especially if he didn't even know where he was?
