only 2 elections have been overturned in a recount, and that's nationwide.
In virtually every recount, the winner actually comes up up with more votes than previously counted, which, of course would be even more of an embarrassment for Prosser. A virtual unknown individual wipes out a 10+ year career...America at it's best...:D

and I think that the recall petitions will take off again, either today, or Monday at the latest. From what I've read, there are virtually no signatures for D's compared to way over the count for R's in WI, and in January, when that mutton-headed Walker gets recall signatures by the baleful...)just before the 2012 election season really gets going), we should see a sea change of D's in office. If the government goes down on Friday...that's it for the GOP/teabaggers...:D
