2. What you said. As and aids patient I can tell you if it can be legal

it would save a lot of $$ for medicaid as the raw real stuff is much more effective and dosage control easier. The marinol pills cost medicaid on my behalf 753$ for 31 5 mg caps. 100$ oz that would last the same month and I would be able to control how much I get, with the pills they are either not enough or too much and I cannot function when that happens.
If I do the vapor thing I can take a few hits and see if that is enough, if its not, I can take a few more. With the marinol cap what you take is swallowed and that is that. I'm takin a nap, after a bag of chips that is. Plus marinol being synthetic is not as effective either.

I deal daily with hiv meds side effects that rival chemo, nausea and pain. I am also a 4x cancer survivor, heart attack(stent), seizures, and a bypass.
The various meds sometimes 'fight' each other and it's hard to keep them down.
