1. ask the japanese about buying us property
that did`t work out to well...they lost 100`s of millions if not billions of dollars in the us property market.

2. True...but this time we are a different country.
and who knows if those investments would go the way they did with the Japanese real estate investments.
Globilization has taken root...and alot is out of our hands to control anything because global markets are so managaged, now.

5. Let Americans Buy America
I realize that many Americans do not have that much money these days, but I contend the government should asking Americans to buy more treasury bonds. There should be a big push to get Americans to invest in this country so that there is less ability for foreign countries to buy into America.
