1. Texas mow has super majorities of repubs cause of redistricting.

Obama did well in Texas in 2008. I could see if they thought he could win here the congress passing such a bill.

He pointed out that this is clearly a violation of article IV section 1. It also looks like a bill of attainder to me.

WTF---How can this birther bill even be implemented in one state and not the rest? If all states don't have the same candidates to vote on--it would be chaos. For Democrats in Arizona, if they did not want to vote Repub or Indep---they don't get a vote unless they write-in a candidate. And if this candidate does not meet Arizona's "criteria" for valid candidates, then they are SOL! This bill is nonsense. I thought we lived in the UNITED States of America and not each state on their own.
