And Obama has released a certified copy of his bc - with an embossed state seal.
And Fact-Check went and look at Obama's copy in person and verified the bc has the embossed state seal.

12. My children were born abroad in the late 1970s.

There is no way we could have established a record of birth in any state in the US since they were not born in the US. We have certificates of birth abroad and our children are citizens.

It is absurd to think that Hawaii would have agreed to record Obama's birth if he was not born in Hawaii - downright silly and a waste of time.

You have to put the place of birth -- the town or city -- on any official document reflecting your child's birth.

so this entire argument is nothing - he could have been born in Kenya - his mom is still a US Citizen making him a natural born Citizen! I wish to shake them and tell them DUH!

But, no he wasn't born overseas but in the state of HI. They have nothing and this is the only dirt they can make up! Amazin.

can get a birth certificate for or even register a birth of a child overseas from one of the 50 United States. I think that you would have to state where the child was born on your notice or application and that no child born out of state would be shown to be eligible for any proof of birth from one of the 50 states.

It is absurd to think that Obama could have been actually born in Kenya and have a birth recorded in the State of Hawaii's records. It just could not happen as far as I know. What was your experience. Didn't you have to state to the Consulate or Embassy the name of the town and country in which your child was born?
