1. I know Im going get hammered on this
and I want to say first I love that Rachel and Im so happy she has a show. I know a lot of people love her show and she is one of the truly good people out there fighting for whats right. But I have such a hard time personally listening to her or watching her show. I dont know what it is. Maybe her condescending attitude. Whatever it is she just doesnt work for me. I could only watch about half of this clip. Again. Im happy she has a show because people will learn a lot from her and I believe she is a great person and we need more like her.

2. Nobody cares, my friend.
It's completely irrelevant. I can't stand to watch football on TEEVEE, or murder as entertainment. Glee and
House leave me cold. I could go on. Why bother to post about it on the threads where people do like those things or find the actual content important? My likes and dislikes are irrelevant to the content. And boring.

On a personal note, I don't think you understand condescending tones. Watch O'reilly, or re-read this post. You may be feeling something else about Rachel.

On a more neighborly note, you can read transcripts if you're as conflictingly taken with Maddow as you claim to be. not too many news outlets are discussing the very dire situation Ms. Maddow reports on above:

This is a danger to Democracy. Overriding the will of the voters is outrageous and alarming. This is Republican corporate takeover of local government.

Here is an article and the full video segment:

3. I do not detect anything condescending about her.
I would even say that her scripts are edited to make sure that they do not even appear to be condescending.
