Marking the Chernobyl disaster

On Tuesday April 26, 2011, Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) held a joint press conference with Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Massachusetts) and the Institute for Policy Studies' Robert Alvarez on the ongoing impact of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster to public health 25 years after the accident, the continuing nuclear catastrophe in Fukushima, Japan, and the lessons from both for U.S. public health and safety.

2. I'm still listening, it's incredibly informative and the speakers are excellent
It clears up so many of the arguments about the impact of low level radiation and other favorite topics! ;)

Isn't the lack of media coverage on the radioactive isotopes that continue to fall in our country, just...shocking?

5. These are the people I trust on this
plus Arnie Gundersen at fairewinds.com .. and they don't discount low level radiation and tell us a banana has as much radiation as the stuff flying out of the reactors.
