Mayor Bloomberg on Tavis Smiley noting some surprisingly candid views on President Obama - noting:

'The most important thing is that this President for the next 2 years is successful. We NEED a successful President – that's the future of our COUNTRY'

While not endorsing Obama for a 2nd term, he plays no games in saying that he has done as good as virtually any President has done and will have to make the case to voters whether they will vote him a 2nd term. 'We should be behind this President... even if you are a candidate to run against him, which I am not.'

At this point in his own second term Bloomberg said people who were talking about removing term limits in NYC were "disgusting".
