"The single most depressing, distressing thing I've discovered in the past month."

BushCo is doing anything it can to pressure Hezbolah in Lebanon. This includes loose money from
Iraq to fund Sunni Jihadist groups. Al Qaeda gets money from the White House. Hersh says this is
why Negroponte resigned his position...it was too hot to handle. When something is to hot to handle
for Negroponte, it's amazing.

"America, my country, without telling Congress...using money...from Iraq...this president is taking
his notion of executive privilege to" maximum limits. He says the White House "is siding with the
same people who did 911."

1. Of course he is, he needs this war so he can
1 - stay in office
2 - funnel money to his family, friends and corporations
3 - fill the courts with right wing nuts.

Just to name a few. If he didn't continue to the war he would not have been able to do any of the things he did.

Don't let us (aka our reps in the Sen/Cong) be fooled again.

Trillions for another unnecessary/unwinnable war ... while we lose our homes, our benefits, our kids' futures, while Halliburton, Blackwater, etc. get rich by ripping us off .... I don't think so!

8. Funding al Qaida via the Saudis also helps....

maintain a state of chaos in Iraq, so the Central Government is unable to function and come to terms with Iraqi oil contracts. Saudis do not want the competition and want to keep the price of oil high. Saudis funded al Qaida prior to 9-11, now the Bush Administration is providing funds to maintain civil war. Neverending war will ensure that the powers that be always maintain control and will continue to profit greatly off of the war.

6. Important stuff on CNN!
I just wish Sy had polished up what he had to say a bit more. Very hard to follow all the digressions in his statements.:-(

7. K&R
This has been going on foe awhile. It is sort of common knowledge in the M.E.

I suppose we could add this to the Impeachable Offense stack....which isn't on the table.

9. I want to see more investigations, more oversight
then impeachment, and imprisonment. They are war criminals, the whole lot of them.
