1. He was on WJournal, the House floor and then at the Hearing--spouting similar |
|
comments.
He was relentless-saying the hearing was a Witchhunt.

4. $20,000.00 to the RNC on 7/27/07! |
|
http://herndon1.sdrdc.com/cgi-bin/fecimg/?27990508305that alone speaks volumes. If our government functioned properly there would be an investigation into the congress people being paid this kind of money and then doling out lucrative contracts to the corrupt donors. :grr:

5. This is just pathetic. |
|
The moment he dragged the dead carcass of the MoveOn ad out of his pocket, I couldn't help but roll my eyes.
There's a Congressional rule that fellow members can not directly address other specific members... especially to attack them (like Jean Schmidt did a year ago), but I'd probably be looking at a hefty fine right now had I of been sitting on that panel with Issa.

6. That dosn't even pertain to... |
|
what they are discussing! The last sentence didn't make sense either...could someone explain it to me?
"/But I I'm here to defend General Petraeus and the men and women in uniform who do their job, who were first denounced by moveon.org, then not denounced by members of congress, many of whom who are on the deus here today speaking as though they don't support attacking every possible way the administrations war in Iraq."
So...what he is saying is...that he is denouncing moveon.org...which has nothing to do with congress or the current proceedings?

7. Blackwater = Our Troops |
|
No, basically, he's trying to tell us that Blackwater = Our Troops, and an attack on Blackwater is simply another way for "Democrats" to attack Bush's glorious war.

9. I'm sure our Troops.... |
|
would take exception to that. Blackwater's mercs are reviled among our Troops and would not like the comparison......at all.

10. Issa is rolling in his own money. He's bought elections himself. |
|
It's no wonder he's doing this. He probably paid someone and he's probably tied into Blackwater through some back channel, as are many of the Repubs.
This soooooo wreaks!
