2. Well, technically that couldn't happen

The Prez and VP have to be from different states. Presidential electors may only vote for one person from each state; they can't vote for a VP candidate from the same state as their choice for President.

But that's just what the Constitution says. And if Bush taught us anything about the Constitution, it's that it doesn't need to be followed. :sarcasm:

But I see your point; I like Schakowsky too.
