how it even went to court. Anyone who watches the video can clearly see that it's an SEIU union brother laying on the ground getting kicked by a bunch of teabaggers. This Gladney guy looks like he's getting ready to kick the union guy when a fellow SEIU member pulls him away, and HE'S the one that gets arrested???? If it were up to these people we'd go back to the days of the haymarket square and the ludlow masacre. Some of these teabaggers need to learn about unions and what they went through and what they stand for.
