"Anyone want to talk about the story we're not covering?"

"Not with a ten foot poll..."

So much for the "we report" part of their slogan.

8. I'm sure Kira
was uncomfortable covering this story as well. Her husband left CNN to join Fox News. What the Hell was he thinking....You're looking at the beginning of the end of Fox News and the Wall Street Journal as we know. :nuke:

20. I know Curious...I know.......
I'm an atheist, but I just might try praying for this outcome. It can't hurt...can it?

Dear Lord...(if you really exist)...pretty please...we beg of thee....Give us a fucking break here!
Amen ramen noodles. Ok maybe I'd have better luck with his noodly appendage. Oh great flying
spaghetti monster.....I will eat pasta daily if you deliver us from evil. Budda....help a brother out
would ya? Allah...(for christ sake) a little help over hear. Hey L. Ron....maybe you could talk
to the alien supreme beings for us...and get us a little reprieve.

Join in everyone...and at least keep your fingers crossed. Hey Hey Rupert Bye Bye!!

Am I too hopeful as I agree that this COULD be the beginning of the end for Fox "news"?

11. If I had to guess I'd say that Fox is well aware that most
of it's viewers are semi literate and/or just plain ignorant, therefore won't be getting their news from any written sources. They watch Fox because they don't like to read. So, it would be safe for the Wall Street Journal, or any other Murdoch owned written publication, to have a front page story. Fox News, on the other hand, is geared toward the mindless clueless neanderthal right wing crowd, so not surprising they aren't talking about the scandal.

15. I wonder what Fox viewers' reaction would be.
Seriously, I wonder if they would think it's a scandal or just standard business practice.

18. Duh
And faux employees are still not touching it with a
"ten-foot turbin" . .

In fact, Doocey is complaining that the media is overblowing
the story . .

Faux would rather beat the Mr. Obama's forcing us to use
'energy-saving lightbulbs' story to death and too bad the
Casey Anthony trial is over . .

25. It was a rhetorical question
But I'm sure a few of those zeebs must have found out by accident when they were visiting their loony liberal cousin or something- not to say they wouldn't have dismissed it as liberal media propaganda, but it's hard to live in a complete vacuum...

23. Faux Snooze, still busy covering the "Wieiner" scandal, and the
President's lack of bowing down to let Boehner and the idiots run the country!

Come on, Rupert Murdoch is only about the 10th richest person in the world, now accused of crimes in the UK and being investigated by our own FBI... that' NOT NEWS!!!!! That's liberal agenda-driven partisanship!

:sarcasm: :sarcasm:

the big story...."president obama and his white house has refused to deal with faux news" funny, early on the same day, a white house official was on faux discussing something and the president did have an in depth discussion with bill o'reilly.

27. They are giving it minimal coverage
They did a piece about it on Special Report a few days ago. The host made rather lame attempt to reassure viewers that they were indeed covering it. He said something like: 'we're staying on top of this.'

A search for the phrase 'phone hacking' on the Fox News website comes up with this list:

http://www.foxnews.com/search-results/search?q=phone+hacking&submit=Search

Most of the hits are from Fox Business.
