6. Yes. Rupert is an American citizen.
He became a citizen so that he could continue to own his American TV media.

9. and Judith Miller's above the fold "leaks" in the run up to war
which the administration quoted on Sunday morning talk shows.

The war on Iraq would not have been possible without the NY Times.

7. I always chuckle at the way BO talks about "the folks".
I'm guessing they drop by his office to tell him what they're thinking.

10. Now Ed is using Fox tactics?
In case anybody didn’t notice, Ed is being somewhat misleading here. If someone is an American citizen and they are employed by News of the World in Britain, is this person an “American” employee or “British” employee? I think this person is a British employee that happens to be a foreign national.

O’Liely is misleading by attempting to imply that American divisions of News Corp are not under suspicion of violating American laws and this is not true. Ed did not need to mislead to prove O’Liely was misleading. Just do a little more research and tell the truth straight-up.

O’Liely mislead the audience by failing to point out that News Corp divisions (on-shore/off-shore, it does not matter) are suspected of violating the electronic privacy of 9/11 survivors. This would fall under American jurisdiction for survivors residing in the U.S. no matter where the electronic invasion originated from.

Ed misleads the audience by equivocating on the definition of “American” employee in the example he cites.

The TRUTH is on our side and Ed should learn how to use it.
