Former Vice President Dick Cheney on Friday embraced comparisons to fictional villain Darth Vader.

“I was honored to be compared to Darth Vader,” Cheney told conservative radio host Laura Ingraham.

Cheney, who once dressed his dog as Darth Vader for Halloween and reportedly wore a Darth Vader mask in the Oval Office, said he has never been bothered by the “Star Wars”-inspired nickname.
