It’s so electrifying to be in a protest with like minds and just standing up and saying FUCK YOU I AIN’T TAKING THIS CRAP ANYMORE. I did it against the Neo-Nazis in West Allis yesterday and it’s turning out to be a full time commitment. It takes a small group to ignite a movement and in Madison it was the UW College Students back in Feb and Herr Walker is the best union organizer we have seen in a long time.

On occasion I have been singing with the Capital Protest Signers (it’s who every wants to participate but they have their regulars) and I just happened to be at the capital on a quiet Sunday. I was going around reading the plaques on the walls when I heard a haunting lone voice in the rotunda. I checked it out and there was man standing and singing WE SHALL OVERCOME and then there were two. We sang the whole song with our voices echoing in the capital building. There is no time for being timid because it’s got to be all hands on deck for a common cause.
