It’s been 6 years since Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast, becoming one of the most destructive and deadliest hurricanes in American history. But the storm itself wasn’t the only tragedy – the sub-standard levees in New Orleans made the death toll much higher than the average hurricane. Mike Papantonio talks about the real reason those levees failed with actor Harry Shearer, director and writer of the new documentary The Big Uneasy.
